Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the services provided by The Business Support Collective. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Who We Are

The Business Support Collective is led by Alisha, a virtual business support specialist working with small businesses across the UK. We provide hands-on administrative and operational support, acting as a trusted partner behind the scenes so you can focus on what you do best.

Our Services

We offer a range of virtual business support services including executive support, office management, email management, compliance administration, fleet management, reporting, spreadsheets, social media management, and customer service support. The specific services provided to you will be agreed in writing prior to commencement and set out in your proposal or service agreement.

Agreements & Proposals

Before work begins, we will provide a written proposal or service agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Work will only commence once the proposal has been confirmed in writing by both parties. Any changes to the agreed scope must also be confirmed in writing.

Fees & Payment

Invoicing

Fees are as agreed in your proposal. Invoices are issued monthly or on project completion, depending on the nature of your engagement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. A late payment fee may apply to overdue invoices.

Expenses

Any expenses must be pre-approved by you. These will be invoiced separately and accompanied by receipts.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the utmost discretion. Any data, documents, or details shared with us in the course of providing support will not be shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than the agreed services. This obligation continues after our engagement ends.

Intellectual Property

Any work produced by The Business Support Collective becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to reference the general nature of the work completed for marketing or portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Termination

By You

You may cancel your engagement by providing 14 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and remains payable.

By Us

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice if payment obligations are not met, or if we are no longer able to continue providing the agreed services.

Limitation of Liability

The Business Support Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any specific service is limited to the fees paid by you for that service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
